Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products.
  • Products without original packaging.
  • Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or defective).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • The refund will be issued through the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
